At the same time, these tools continue to raise questions about their reliability, limitations, typical failure modes, and compliance with professional ethics, legal privilege, and data protection requirements.\u00a0<br><br>During ICAIL 2026 (International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Law), the Legal &amp; Data Protection team at Sano invites participants to a\u00a0handson\u00a0tutorial dedicated to the use of AI and LLMs in legal work.\u00a0<br><br>The goal of the tutorial is to\u00a0demonstrate\u00a0how AI systems\u00a0actually behave\u00a0in legal tasks \u2014 what kinds of problems they can solve, where they generate risks, and how they should be supervised in a professional legal environment. Examples from around the world show\u00a0numerous\u00a0AI deployments carried out in parallel with a lack of formal rules for working with chatbots, which increases the risk in high\u2011stakes legal tasks.\u00a0\u00a0<br>Our workshop addresses this gap by shifting the focus from \u201ctheoretical possibilities\u201d to the\u00a0<em>actual behaviour<\/em>\u00a0of AI systems in legal tasks.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer eplus-wrapper\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading eplus-wrapper\" He is a certified Lead Auditor of the ISO\/IEC 42001 standard for AI management systems, an internal auditor of the ISO\/IEC 27001 information security\u00a0standard, and\u00a0holds the CCP1 certification as a Compliance Officer. With years of work in the public, private, and academic sectors, as well as with non-governmental organizations, he possesses unique expertise\u00a0in legal consulting, regulatory implementation, and training in the field of emerging technologies. As a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and an active participant in the Working Group on Artificial Intelligence under the Polish Ministry of Digital Affairs, Micha\u0142 combines practical knowledge with the latest trends in AI-related legal regulations.
