Regulations for Sano 5th <\/sup>anniversary and Sano Science Day 2024<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

I.<\/strong> General provisions<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

These Regulations establish the terms and conditions of participation, rights and obligations of Participants of the event entitled \u201c5th anniversary of Sano and Sano Science Day 2024 \u2018 (hereinafter referred to as \u2019Sano Science Day\u201d). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

II.   Definitions<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The terms used in these Regulations shall have the following meanings: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

a) Organizer –<\/strong> Sano \u2013 Centre for Computational Personalised Medicine \u2013 International Research Foundation, with its registered seat at  Czarnowiejska 36 \/C5  in Krak\u00f3w (30-072), entered into the register of business entities and register of associations, other social and professional organizations, funds and independent publicly-funded healthcare establishments of the National Court Register, maintained by the District Court for Krak\u00f3w-\u015ar\u00f3dmie\u015bcie (Krakow City Centre) in Krak\u00f3w, XI Commercial Division under KRS number 0000797490, tax Identification Number (NIP) 677-244-64-72, statistical number (REGON): 384298430, <\/p>\n\n\n\n

b) Participant<\/strong> – an natural person participating in the Sano Science Day; <\/p>\n\n\n\n

c) Speaker<\/strong> – a Participant who presents a lecture during the Sano Science Day or participates in a panel discussion conducted as part of the Sano Science Day <\/p>\n\n\n\n

d) Agenda<\/strong> – the detailed schedule of the Sano Science Day \u202favailable on the website https:\/\/sano.science\/agenda-for-sano-science-day\/<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

III.<\/strong> Date, time and venue<\/strong> <\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sano Science Day will take place on November 27, 2024 in <\/strong>AGH UST Center of Energy, room 307, Czarnowiejska 36 Street, building C5, 30-054 Krakow.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IV. <\/strong> Conditions of Participation<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n

    \n
  1. This Regulation is available to Participants on the website https:\/\/sano.science\/regulations\/<\/a> and during the registration referred to in section 2 below.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
      \n
    1. Participation in Sano Science Day is free of charge and requires prior registration through a registration form available on the page https:\/\/sano.science\/sanoscience-day-2024-regulations-registration\/<\/a>, where the person wishing to participate in Sano Science Day will be required to provide the following information: full name, email address.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
        \n
      1. During registration referred to in section 2 above, the Participant confirms that they have read this Regulation and accept it, which is a condition for participation in Sano Science Day.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
          \n
        1. The detailed method of registration for participation in Sano Science Day and registration deadlines are specified on the page https:\/\/sano.science\/sanoscience-day-2024-regulations-registration\/<\/a>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
            \n
          1. The Organizer reserves the right to end the acceptance of participation applications early in case of capacity being reached for Sano Science Day.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
              \n
            1. Participation in Sano Science Day requires personal attendance on the date and at the place specified in item III above and at the time indicated in the Agenda.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
                \n
              1. Registration as mentioned in section 2 above and confirmation of reading and accepting the Regulation is deemed to be the conclusion of an agreement with the Organizers concerning participation in Sano Science Day.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n

                V.<\/strong> Rights and Obligations of Participants<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n

                  \n
                1. Participants are obliged to comply with the safety rules, occupational health and safety regulations, and fire safety regulations in force at the venues where Sano Science Day is organized, as well as the sanitary regime rules applicable at that time, and the rules of this Regulation.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
                    \n
                  1. The personnel of the Organizer in the event of disruption of public order and order by the Participant and failure to comply with the sanitary regime rules in force shall be entitled to:\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
