This insightful document will be publicly available from January 2025 on the official PTI website: <a href=\"https:\/\/pti.org.pl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">https:\/\/pti.org.pl<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">The report identifies critical challenges within the ongoing digital transformation, including:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list eplus-wrapper eplus-styles-uid-97d2a0\">\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Limited time to utilize allocated funds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">High complexity of actions and procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Diverse IT technologies and procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Cybersecurity concerns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Vague quality metrics for planned activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Excessive focus on technological aspects over patient- and physician-centered goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading eplus-wrapper\" id=\"h-proposed-solution-a-comprehensive-management-model\">Proposed Solution: A Comprehensive Management Model<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">To address these challenges, the report recommends the implementation of a comprehensive management model centered around a Portfolio\/Project Management Office (PMO) established at the Ministry of Health.
