The team explored the use of serverless architectures to run compute-intensive bioinformatics tools, such as the STAR aligner for RNA sequence processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">CCGrid is a leading global conference on distributed computing systems, cloud infrastructure, and edge technologies. It brings together researchers and practitioners to explore challenges and advances in fields such as AI, data security, and sustainable computing.
