This work is a MSc thesis of Tomasz Szczepa\u0144ski,\u00a0 co-supervised by Szymon P\u0142otka (Sano Science) and Tomasz Trzci\u0144ski (Warsaw University of Technology).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">\u201c<strong><em>Deep Learning-based Chest X-ray Image Analysis Using Federated Learning<\/em><\/strong>\u201d has been accepted for publication as short paper in Springer\u2019s and oral presentation. This work is a MSc thesis of Filip \u015alazyk and Przemys\u0142aw Jab\u0142ecki at Sano Centre for Computational Medicine. Co-supervised by Szymon P\u0142otka, Aneta Lisowska and Maciej Malawski (all from Sano Science).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">The next paper has been accepted for publication in ICCS 2022 as a 14-page full paper in Springer&#8217;s LNCS Series as well as an oral presentation. The paper is entitled: &#8220;<em><strong>Effect of feature discretization on classification performance of explainable scoring-based machine learning model<\/strong><\/em>&#8221; and this is a part of Arkadiusz Pajor\u2019s MSc thesis (Sano Science), co-supervised by Arkadiusz Sitek (Sano Science) and professor Bart\u0142omiej \u015anie\u017cy\u0144ski PhD, AGH.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">The paper entitled: &#8220;<em><strong>Noninvasive Estimation of Mean Pulmonary Artery Pressure Using MRI, Computer Models, and Machine Learning<\/strong><\/em>&#8221; written with the collaboration with the University of Sheffield and Technical University of Cluj-Napoca has been accepted to ICCS 2022 as a 14-page full paper in Springer&#8217;s LNCS Series as well as an oral presentation! The research conducted by Micha\u0142 Grzeszczyk and Tadeusz Sat\u0142awa (both from Sano Science) was supervised by Arkadiusz Sitek (Sano Science) and Prof. Tomasz Trzci\u0144ski (WUT).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">The papers by <strong>Micha\u0142 Grzeszczyk and Arkadiusz Pajor<\/strong> as well as the paper \u201c<strong><em>POTHER: Patch-Voted Deep Learning-based Chest X-ray Bias Analysis for COVID-19 Detection<\/em><\/strong>\u201d received all good to excellent scores from reviewers and received some&nbsp; recommendations for best paper award
