Alina has MSc in sociology and pedagogy, she is postgraduate in Human Resources Management with the interest in project management, payroll, accounting, organisational sociology and social psychology. She has been for fourteen years engaged in projects management, their implementation costs settlement and the effective compiling of proposal documentation and feasibility studies to apply for grants (structural, research & development, scientific). Holds the PRINCE2Foundation certificate and believes in blended approach to other metodologies to keep projects efficiently moving forward. Alina was engaged the development of the Malopolska Centre for Translational Medicine, funded in frames of SPIN Project, focused on implementing cross-disciplinary scientific and innovative achievements in medical practice. Strongly believes in the need to develop and strenghthen both: intelectual and organisational capital of every institution.
