First award at the III National Competition of the Polish Information Technology Society

Sano students Karol Zając, Piotr Kica, Adam Nowak, and Krzysztof Gądek won the first prize for their Bachelor of Engineering Thesis at the III National Competition of the Polish Information Technology Society (PTI) for the best engineering works and projects in computer science.

Their thesis “Tools supporting the launch of in-silico medical computational models”, written under the supervision of Dr Maciej Malawski was acknowledged to be the best among 106 research projects. A jury was comprised of more than 100 reviewers.  Congratulations to the winners!  

The award ceremony occurred on October 12, 2023, at the NASK headquarters in Warsaw.
