Agnieszka Florkowska obtained her MSc and BSc in Biomedical Engineering from AGH University of Krakow, specializing in medical computer science and electronics. She has been pursuing her PhD at AGH University of
Krakow, researching magnification-invariant deep neural networks in histopathology. Her broader research interests include computer vision, deep learning, and mixed reality. At Sano, she will explore approaches to explicitly account for variability in physical pixel size as a conditioning factor governing deep learning model behavior in histopathology. In her free time, she loves playing tenis and travelling.
