Ewelina Szymańska-Skolimowska

Senior Project Manager

A graduate of Gdańsk University of Technology, where she earned a Master’s degree in engineering physics. Her PhD thesis in physics was defended at the Open University, United Kingdom. She has research experience in physics, molecular physics and astrochemistry. Likewise, she has contributed many high impact publications and many international conferences and has participated in the international research projects. Furthermore, she was awarded to START 2015 from the Foundation for Polish Science. She shows a large experience and involvement in the scientific collaboration with foreign research groups. Additionally to research experience, she has 7 years long experience in peer-review evaluation processes at the National Science Centre as Scientific Coordinator, where she was responsible for organizing and conducting calls for proposals for research projects, assessment of the impartiality and reliability of the peer review process, and organizing the work of expert teams.
