Małgorzata holds a Master’s degree in Psychology at the Jagiellonian University. Her passion is working with people and for people. She feels equally comfortable standing in front of a group in a training and lecture room, as well as during face-to-face consultation and recruitment meetings. Her professional life included roles in human resources management, talent acquisition & management, training, and recruitment. She is especially interested in creating non-discrimination, inclusive, and happy for people organizations and in managing training programs.
