He is interested in the various applications of computer science in medicine, particularly deep learning in medical imaging analysis: segmentation, analysis of histopathological images of whole slides, and the application of foundational models. In his work, he combines the perspective of applied research with the development of tools for processing clinical and imaging data. He is currently co-creating an educational simulator for interventional cardiology, using provided computed tomography images, to support training and assessment of procedural skills.
