Wojtek holds an MSc in Automatics and Robotics and a BSc in Applied Computer Science, both from AGH UST. With over a decade of experience in data engineering and predictive analytics – and a foundation in software development – he has helped leading enterprises in retail, finance, and travel design and build scalable, high-performance data platforms.Currently, he is pursuing his PhD at Sano and AGH, conducting research on automatic medical shape reconstruction with multimodal geometric deep learning. The work explores how different geometric data representations can improve reconstruction of medical structures. This includes building research prototypes, running experiments on medical datasets, and evaluating model performance for 3D reconstruction tasks.He’s always up for getting outside, usually on a bike or out for a run.
