The publication in Medical Image Analysis Journal

We are happy to share that Arkadiusz Sitek, Aneta Lisowska and Szymon Płotka from Health Informatics Research Group are among the authors of the paper entitled: “FetReg2021: A Challenge on Placental Vessel Segmentation and Registration in Fetoscopy”.

The paper has been submitted to the Medical Image Analysis Journal (IF = 8.585), and the publicly is available on Arxiv: https://arxiv.org/pdf/2206.12512.pdf. Currently, the Sano team is working on this project in collaboration with clinical experts from the Medical University of Warsaw.

This paper is a joint paper with the results of the competition at the MICCAI 2021 conference.
