Professor M. Bubak’s Talks Not Only About Supercomputing But Also About Poetry
The Scientific Affairs Director of Sano, Professor Marian Bubak will give a talk on the gala summary of the “My Szymborska” competition, on 8 December.
The competition is devoted to outstanding Polish poetess and Nobel prize winner Wisława Szymborska. The competition was organised by the Małopolska Branch of the Polish IT Society, and the Polish Philology Association based at the Faculty of Polish Studies of the Jagiellonian University. A lecture by Marian Bubak is entitled “What can a computer scientist look for in the poems of Wisława Szymborska“. The lecture is in Polish.
The event will take place at the Institute of Computer Science AGH, Krakow, on 8 December, 11.30.

At the end of the week, Professor Marian Bubak, will also take part in the Conference summarizing the National Supercomputing Infrastructure project for EuroHPC – EuroHPC PL. The conference is at the Exhibition Hall of Auditorium Maximum of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, on December 7-8.
