What are you going to do?
List of tasks:
- Analysis of interactions in the Colony-1 analog mission project in scientific collaboration with the AGH Space Technology Center
- Analysis of the Uniprot3D graph
- Collaboration with other team members on the analysis of the GO protein function graph
- Collection, curation, and organization of metagenomic data for the “100k Metagenomes” project
- Development of multi-omics analysis techniques for projects carried out within the team
- Sinus microbiome analysis in scientific collaboration with the Department and Clinic of Otolaryngology at the Jagiellonian University Medical College
- Metagenomic data analysis, particularly of the gut and nasopharyngeal microbiome, within the Colony-1 analog mission project
- Development of scalable and reproducible analytical pipelines for human gut microbiome analysis
What do we require?
As our successful candidate you should have:
- Academic degree – MSc or BSc, BEng or other in a related field;
- interest in pursuing applied research in a multi-disciplinary environment;
- excellent written and oral English communication skills.
Our offer
We offer a contract for up to 6 months for 100% FTE. The role at Sano gives an opportunity for attendance in courses, trainings and internal research meetings. The research will be conducted in close collaboration with supervisors at Sano.
The Junior Research Specialist will receive a salary between 5500 and 8500PLN gross monthly for the duration of the contract.
