Model Execution Environment (MEE) is a platform for execution of pipelines on HPC resources, focusing on processing patient data. In collaboration with Cyfronet and with the partners from InSilicoWorld EU project, we contributee to the development of Model Execution Environment, extending it to add support for cohorts of patients and simulation campaigns, as well as performance monitoring system and secure data storage based on cloud object storage and DataVerse platform.
