Sylwia and Paulina Among TOP 100 Women in Biotech in Poland
We are proud and excited to share that Sylwia Bożek and Paulina Tworek from Sano have been nominated for the prestigious TOP 100 Women in Biotech in Poland, organized by Perspektywy Women in Tech.
This distinction recognizes women who actively shape the future of biotechnology through research, innovation, implementation, and leadership. Both nominees have joined an outstanding group of leaders, scientists, and experts driving the biotech sector forward in Poland and beyond.

The Top 100 Women in Biotech in Poland initiative was created not only to celebrate achievements, but also to inspire future generations of women to pursue careers in science and technology.
TOP 10
From the TOP 100, a distinguished jury will select ten winners of the Excellence in Biotech Award, to be announced during the Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit 2026, held in Warsaw on June 10–11.
The jury is composed of leading experts chaired by Prof. Agnieszka Chacińska (Director of IMol), and includes:
