CEREBRIS
A European Collaboration to Improve Neurological Disease Management
Neurological diseases remain among the most complex health challenges faced by patients, clinicians and healthcare systems today. Early detection, timely assessment and effective management are often difficult, while access to advanced neuroimaging and specialist expertise can be uneven across care settings.
In response to these challenges, Sano are pleased to introduce CEREBRIS, a new European collaborative project funded by the European Innovation Council (EIC) Pathfinder programme under Horizon Europe and led by the University of Bath. CEREBRIS brings together partners from across Europe to advance innovation at the intersection of neuroimaging, AI and neurological care.

By combining advanced neuroimaging with AI-driven innovation, CEREBRIS aims to improve how neurological diseases are detected, understood and managed. Over the course of the project, together with the European consortium partners, we will work to:
• support faster clinical decision-making;
• enable earlier and more personalised intervention;
• expand access to advanced neuroimaging beyond highly specialised settings; and
• contribute to better patient outcomes while helping healthcare systems use resources more efficiently.

Through this collaboration, CEREBRIS seeks to contribute to more accessible, data-informed and patient-centred neurological care across Europe.
